Miami – All about The Magic City
As one of the top major cities in the U.S., the City of Miami is known for it’s culture, arts, entertainment, and worldwide trade, as well as it’s luxury living. Since the early 2000’s the city has seen a high demand for more residential and commercial developments in and around Miami. Thanks to this demand, the skyline of the city has been changed because a large number of luxury condominium towers have been built around the city as well as more commercial developments that provide world class luxury living, dining, entertainment and employment.

Often touted as the Manhattan of the South, the City of Miami offers stunning views, beautiful artwork, exciting nightlife and upscale shopping and dining. Currently a large development named “Miami World Center” is set to be completed on nearly 30 acres of Downtown Miami real estate in 2021 and is located just North of downtown Miami. It is set to offer over 1,000 luxury residential apartments and condos, 90,000 square feet of dining and entertainment, upscale shopping and more than 3,000 parking spaces. The project is already under construction and will be the second largest urban development of its kind, behind New York’s Hudson Yards, creating a city within the city of Miami.
For the art enthusiast the City of Miami also offers a wide range of museums, parks and cultural centers to enjoy. The Perez Art Museum, for example, is nestled in a beautifully redeveloped area of downtown Miami near the location of the old Miami Herald building just East of the Port of Miami on Biscayne Bay. The museum features different art exhibits pre-dominantly from from the 20th and 21st centuries. Their are also older, well known areas that are undergoing renovations to bring new life to the American Airlines Arena, the Bayside Marketplace, and several others hot spots in the Magic City. The city is growing at a rapid pace that will continue to make the City of Miami a destination for art, culture and entertainment.

As many Miamians already know people from all over the world are moving to Miami everyday. Currently Florida is #2 for foreigners moving to the US behind Texas; the majority coming to South Florida in Miami-Dade and Broward County.
Miami is one of the most centrally located cities globally making it easier for people who travel often to get around the world. In addition. when compared to other large cities around the world like New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Hong Kong, London and several others Miami is actually considered as a very affordable place to live when based on price per square foot.
